Warranties And Repairs

I stand behind the quality of my work and am happy to provide clients with repairs for any item purchased from a show, at my studio, or online at ⁠— whether caused by accidental damage or normal wear and tear.

Metal finishes will change over time (including matte finishes) due to contact with skin, hard or abrasive surfaces, etc. This is a natural process (patina) for all jewelry, and I'm always happy to offer complimentary refinishing and cleaning at any time.

Returns & Exchanges

New items may be returned within 7 days of receipt for the original purchase price of the item, less any shipping charges. Items shall be returned in original packaging and show no signs of wear or damage. Eligible products include any and all items purchased at a show, my studio, or online at Customers are responsible for return shipping. Please contact me if you would like to start a return and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Ring sizing

I'm happy to size your finger at a show or my studio in Park City. If you are outside of the Park City area, I recommend getting sized by a professional jeweler.


Your jewelry can easily get dirty through everyday wear and exposure to products like shampoo, sunscreen, and soap residue. Avoid contact with harsh household chemicals like hairspray and chlorine. Regular cleanings with a mild liquid soap and warm water do the trick. A toothbrush can also be used, but I do not recommend ultrasonic cleaners or jewelry cleaning solutions unless used by a professional jeweler.


Even the most robust piece may wear down eventually, especially if worn extensively. This is why I recommend a check up from time to time. This checkup can help prevent costly damage or loss down the line. I offer this service free of charge to all customers. Just drop by the studio or pop your piece in the mail. In-Stock Items — Typically ship within 4-6 business days. Please contact me for expedited shipping or specific questions.

Made-to-Order Items — Typically ship within 2-3 weeks.

International orders — UPS or FedEx shipping, insured, adult signature required for a fee of $75 USD. If you are unable to select shipping for your country at checkout, please contact us for availability and cost.

Standard Shipping in the United States includes tracking via USPS Priority Mail.

Free Shipping is available on orders of $150 or greater.
