In-Stock Items | We offer a full-refund for the purchase price of the item less any shipping charges within 7 days of purchase for items purchased in our San Francisco showroom, studio, or online at rebeccaovermann.com
All items must be new and returned in the original packaging, customers are responsible for return shipping.
Made-to-Order, Custom and Modified Items | We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom and resized pieces, engraved, or made-to-order engagement or wedding bands. All items must be new and returned in the original packaging, customers are responsible for return shipping.

In-Stock Items | Typically ship within 4-6 business days, please contact us for upgraded shipping or specific questions.
Made-to-Order Items | Typically ship within 2-3 weeks.
Standard Domestic Shipping | UPS, 2nd day, insured. Note that an adult signature will be required.
In-store pickup | Available locally at our Hayes Valley Showroom.
International orders | UPS or FedEx shipping, insured, adult signature required for a fee of $75 USD. If you are unable to select shipping for your country at checkout, please contact us for availability and cost.
